Q: Why can't I buy just one pair of eyelashes?
A: We're a site dedicated 100% to professionals. Individually packaged lashes are bulky, terribly wasteful, and just plain don't make sense for makeup artists and industry professionals who go through multiple lashes a day. By placing multiple pairs of lashes in one case, you get lashes at a significantly lower unit cost, we're taking up less space in your makeup kit, using less packaging, and minimizing our impact on the environment. Q: Can I mix and match styles in the 100-pair Bulk option?
A: Sorry, all 100 pairs in the Bulk option must be the same (no mix-and-match) as we ship out only brand-new, unopened boxes for those who choose this option.
Q: Why are there 2 empty trays in my 100-pair bulk box?
A: All bulk boxes are shipped out brand new and unopened, just the way we receive them from our factory. The 2 empty trays are there for cushioning and protection, to ensure your lashes are in perfect condition.
Q: The lash style I want in black is out of stock! What should I do?
A: Most people overlook the fact that all of our human hair lashes come with a brown counterpart. Using a tinting mascara on brown lashes - not lengthening or volumizing - can help mimic the look you desire in black.

Q: I’m a first-time buyer and/or false eyelash virgin. Any tips?
A: First of all, welcome to the wonderful world of Elegant Lashes®! If you are unfamiliar with our products, we strongly recommend that you keep to XS/Short (a.k.a., typical false eyelash length) styles for maximum product satisfaction. It is not our responsibility if the lashes you choose do not suit your eyes or your personal taste. Please note: Our lashes run longer than most false eyelash companies because we have a much, much larger selection and we cater to dancers and showgirls who demand that their lashes be seen from a mile away. Don't say we didn't warn you!
Q: What's the best lash style for my eye shape?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot provide personal recommendations because everyone has different preferences, tastes, and opinions. As mentioned above, if you're a first-time Elegant Lashes® buyer, we we strongly recommend that you keep to XS/Short styles for maximum product satisfaction.
Q: Do you send free products for product reviews and giveaways?
A: Nope. Unlike most online false eyelash retailers, our site is dedicated to servicing professionals in the beauty/entertainment/fashion industry who know what products to use and sell. If you are a personal user and/or would like to do a product review, feel free to review our products and take advantage of our deeply discounted prices, but please understand that we do not send anyone free products for any reason.
Q: What is the difference between individual eyelash adhesive and strip lash adhesive? (How do I know which glue to buy?)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), PayPal, check, and Money Order. If you're in a hurry, we strongly suggest using PayPal (make sure you have a PayPal confirmed address!) for the fastest processing.
Q: Can I pay with my Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover gift card?
A: Yes! Make sure your gift card is registered under your name with a valid billing address. Lots of people tend to forget this important step, and that's why their gift cards won't work.
Q: My credit card got declined, but my bank statement shows that money has been taken out. What's going on?
A: Don't worry! This is actually a very common occurrence with unsuccessful credit card purchases. Just remember: if you did not receive an e-mail confirmation for your order, your order did not go through and neither did your payment. The transaction on your bank account may show "pending" for several days, but it will not complete. Call your bank or credit card company for details as every bank has a different turnaround time. Don't start demanding refunds beforehand - it's kind of impossible to refund a payment that never came in. ;P

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Better yet, we ship via Global Priority so even our overseas customers can take advantage of our fast shipping.
Please remember: If you would like to purchase over $400 worth of goods, please split your purchase into two separate orders. This will make customs clearance a lot easier.
Q: I paid for 3 pairs of lashes, but only received one case of lashes in the mail. Where are the other two pairs of lashes?
A: It’s surprising how often we get asked this question. Open the case. There are three pairs of lashes inside.
Q: Do you offer rush/expedited shipping?
A: Yes! If you need your items sooner, please select Expedited shipping during checkout. All orders placed by 12 PM (noon) PST are shipped out the same day. Orders between $70.00 and $100.00 will be delivered within 2 days via Priority Mail in most US areas. PLEASE USE SAME BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES FOR FASTEST PROCESSING TIME (and to avoid ID Verification process).
Q: Can I change/add something to/cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because we process and pack orders right away, it would be nearly impossible to cater to changes. Also, for your protection, we do not store your credit card information in our system, and therefore cannot simply charge you for any additional costs. Please double-check that all the items you desire are in your cart before checkout.
Q: Where is my package?!?!!

Q: My package is marked "delivered" according to the tracking number you gave me, but I still don't have it. What happened?
A: If the package is not in your hands by now, you probably weren't home at the time of delivery and therefore will have to physically pick up your parcel from your local mail carrier. Please understand that we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages in any way. (Please see our Store Policy for how to resolve related problems.)
Q: My package was undeliverable and sent back because I put in the wrong address. Help!
A: For all packages that must be re-shipped due to incorrect addresses or failure to pick up from mail carrier, a re-shipping fee of $6.99 or greater (depending on package) will be billed to you via PayPal Money Request. Please pay promptly; packages returned to our warehouse will be re-shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
